Add a private note to each installed plugin so you always know why it is installed. Includes a "Missing notes" filter, a bulk notes page, and a visibility toggle.

== Description ==
This plugin adds a notes area under each plugin on the Plugins page. Use it to record what a plugin is for, who asked for it, or what would break if it was removed.

Features:
* Add notes per plugin
* Optional flags: "Required by theme" and "Pricing" (Free/Paid/Unknown)
* Shows last updated date/time and the user who last updated the note
* "Missing notes" filter view on the Plugins page (with a nonce-protected link)
* Bulk management page under Plugins > Plugin Notes (Bulk)
* Settings toggle for who can view and edit notes

== Installation ==
1. Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/
2. Activate "OtterFixer Orgainsed Plugin Notes" from the Plugins page
3. Go to Plugins and add notes under each plugin
4. Optional: Plugins > Plugin Notes (Bulk) for managing everything on one page

== Frequently Asked Questions ==
= Does WordPress already know why plugins were installed? =
No. WordPress does not store the reason. This plugin lets you add your own notes.

= Can editors use it too? =
Yes. Go to Settings > Plugin Notes and select "Admins and Editors".
